As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on and high-profile role in delivering

ASIC-based DSP and AI solutions , bridging the gap between hardware design, verification, and real-world deployment . You will work closely with R&D, Field Application Engineers, and product teams to optimize, integrate, and implement VLSI-driven architectures that push performance boundaries.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect, design, and verify ASIC-based embedded systems and DSP architectures for high-performance computing.
Support pre- and post-sales efforts by debugging, optimizing, and delivering hardware-driven technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Develop and implement ASIC design methodologies , including RTL design, synthesis, timing closure, and verification .
Maintain deep expertise in processor architectures ( ARM, DSPs, ASICs ) and real-time embedded applications .
Collaborate with customers to design and implement custom VLSI solutions , ensuring seamless hardware / software co-design .
Perform ASIC verification , using UVM, SystemVerilog, and functional coverage methodologies to ensure robust and efficient design.
Optimize power, performance, and area (PPA) for next-gen embedded processors and DSP architectures .

Required Qualifications :

Must be based in or near Mountain View, CA (Hybrid role – 3 days onsite, 2 remote).

B.S. or M.S. in Electrical / Computer Engineering from a top-tier program (Cornell, MIT, Carnegie Mellon, USC, UC Berkeley, Stanford, etc.).

5 years of experience in VLSI Design, ASIC Design, or Hardware Verification with a strong focus on digital design and implementation .

Hands-on experience with ASIC / FPGA development , including RTL design, simulation, synthesis, and place & route .

Proficiency in hardware verification methodologies ( UVM, SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL ).

Strong background in scalable DSP architectures, embedded systems, and AI-driven hardware solutions .

Deep understanding of hardware / software interaction , including debugging tools and performance profiling.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment .
