Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stock, restock and manage inventory
- Open and close retail location.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Proficiency in office software applications and the ability to type efficiently.
