Job Summary: NerdsToGo is seeking a dynamic IT Solutions Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our mission to deliver premier IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Your focus will be on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning NerdsToGo as the go-to provider for locally outsourced IT services.
 
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
 
Business Development & Sales Strategy:
●        Prospect new sales opportunities with SMBs using innovative lead generation methodologies.
●        Achieve or exceed sales quotas through effective networking, phone, in-person, and email-based prospecting.
●        Conduct web research to identify potential clients and develop targeted prospecting lists.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
●        Initiate contact with potential clients, qualify leads, and arrange sales appointments.
●        Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
●        Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Sales Execution & Reporting:
●        Document activities and interactions in CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
●        Efficiently manage the sales pipeline to maximize results and meet set targets.
●        Engage in outbound call campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
●        Work closely with ownership, marketing, support, and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall business and sales goals.
●        Stay updated on the latest trends in IT solutions and locally outsourced IT services.
●        Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
 
Qualifications:
●        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
●        2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or IT outsourcing.
●        Strong understanding of the SMB sector and IT services market.
●        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
●        Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
●        Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
●        Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
●        High integrity, strong work ethic, and team-player attitude.

●      Prolonged Sitting: Maintaining posture at a desk or workstation for extended periods. 
●      Driving: Traveling between client sites with a valid driver's license.
