Who YOU are:

Role

We are seeking crew members - Battle Referees to join our fun, playful, fast-growing team! This role is an off-site part-time position that requires working weekends at various locations in Orange County. You will train and work with a manager and learn how to run and organize events. Rate is $19-$20/HR, tips, and mileage (depending on experience). We are looking for people who can work various shifts on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 9:30 AM -6 PM. We have occasional events during M-F.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Working primarily at various Locations creating an awesome Battlefield experience

· Officiating and judging Nerf, Laser Tag, Gel Blaster battles, and Dodgeball events

  • Conducting pre-game rules, safety, and providing instructions on game procedures
  • Explaining and enforcing game rules, assessing penalties, and settling complaints from participants
  • Inspecting battle zone, equipment, and surfaces before every battle to ensure safe conditions
  • Communicating issues and concerns to the Manager
  • Maintaining an organized battlefield area
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Representing our brand and customer service at all of our events

  • An ideal candidate for the position is an outgoing, dynamic individual who likes to work hard and have fun while doing it! They are self-motivated, reliable, and punctual people responsible for engaging with others on a personal basis to promote the brand and experience throughout communities we serve.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable standing for prolonged periods of time.
  • Live within 10 miles of Irvine
  • Available on Weekends (Sat and/or Sun, preferably both)
  • Must be able to transport and lift, 50-70 lb. containers*
  • Have an SUV or large 4 door that can transport equipment to parties
  • Can provide a cover letter highlighting experience with youth
  • Excellent attitude with adults and youth
  • Able to pass a background check and fingerprint scan

*Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
