Nero Inc. Air Conditioning & Heating of North Haven, CT is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Installation Technician to provide excellent customer service which results in repeat business by going into our clients' homes or commercial buildings and installing heating and cooling systems. This individual will also manage and train our helpers as well as track vehicle maintenance needs.
The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 am-4 : 00 pm . We pay our HVAC Installation Technicians a competitive salary of $40,000 - $90,000 / yr , based on experience and performance. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more! Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. The air conditioning and heating arena is our business, not a sideline. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
- Relevant experience in installations
- Connecticut HVAC license
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
