Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as a Client-site Recruitment Coordinator II at GDIT. Working on the Client's HR team, you'll become an integral part of how GDIT is able to support the Client's mission ensuring the safety and security of our nation.
How a Recruitment Coordinator Will Make An Impact
The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

How a Recruitment Coordinator Will Make An Impact
- Work closely to identify possible sources of high quality, diverse talent with critical skills
- Contribute to planning recruitment strategies and processes
- Participate in in-person candidate screening, offering recruitment best practices and measuring the effectiveness of efforts
- Work with project leads to ensure candidates are processed accurately for employment approval Compile hiring statistics, provide analysis based on hiring statistics and assist with resource planning in support of recruitment efforts
- Performs other duties as assigned at the discretion of Project Management
- The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Engineering OR Computer Science or four (4) years of relevant experience OR minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience plus education.
- Demonstrate expertise or experience with candidate recruitment initiatives and processes. This includes developing hiring requirements, managing requirements through the hiring process, candidate sourcing, candidate screening and/or evaluations and recruitment data management.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience designing and administering benefits and compensation
- Proven customer service skills and demonstrated teamwork
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with in-person candidate screening and off-boarding
- Excellent decision-making skills and initiate
- Ability to represent the office in a responsible and professional manner
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated project coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, including occasional evening and weekend hours
