What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Specialist position at NES Fircroft?
Responsibilities :
The Contracts Specialist is responsible for the administration of Fuels Operating Contracts (branded and unbranded fuels). Administration activities include processing contracts, monitoring contractual volume requirements, processing incentive payments, managing the shortfall and recapture processes, handling claims associated with product quality and preforming document management activities. Supports Fuel Sales Channel and their business partner requirements. Demonstrates leadership by continuously developing tools to enable the department to achieve and / or exceed its performance targets.
Experience and Qualifications Required :
- Bachelor's degree : business, finance, or technical degree preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years working experience in Sales & Operations - Retail or Wholesale.
- Experience with Finance & Controls or similar activity involving exposure to SAP activities preferred.
- Experience with reading, interpreting and administration of Retail Channel Partner related contracts.
- Effective with problem solving (root cause analysis skills).
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge related to managing Retail platforms, agreements, and site performance.
- Operational understanding of the Retail Business and its competitors preferred.
- Customer-focus and service orientation.
