What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at NES Fircroft?
NES is a Global Staffing provider to the Power Generation industry. We are currently looking for an experienced and hands on Maintenance Manager for a full time direct hire position.
- Extensive Experience : 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in leading or assisting in maintenance work at power generation sites, with a preference for combined cycle power plants. Experience in heavy industrial plants is also considered.
- Comprehensive Knowledge : In-depth understanding of all aspects of power plant maintenance operations.
- Decision-Making : Proven ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Technical Writing : Proficient in drafting maintenance procedures, work requests, and purchase requisitions.
- Technical Literacy : Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical one-lines, logic diagrams, technical manuals, and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Leadership : Exemplifies quality work, safety, and a strong work ethic, serving as a role model for others.
- Analytical Skills : Expertise in performing root cause analysis and reporting.
