Operator and Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a team enthusiastic people with varied experience who want to learn the ins and outs of working with power, and experienced people who want to expand their knowledge. This is one of the latest projects happening to bring Renewable Energy to New York City, and it's your chance to be a part of it.
The Role;
ø Performing preventative maintenance on a range of equipment in the substation, including breakers, switchgear and measuring devices.
ø Writing technical reports.
ø Monitoring systems for outages.
ø Reporting outages through the correct channels for effective resolution.
Ideal Candidate;
ø Prior experience working on a power generation site / substation, or as a Lineman.
Or an educational knowledge level of power or renewables.
ø Ability to interpret data and translate in to reports.
ø Has effective decision in situations to resolve potential issues.
ø Knowledge of HVDC systems and associated equipment.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
