Job Posting Title : Regulatory Analyst
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support to asset teams in completing and submitting regulatory filings including but not limited to drilling permits, completions, recompletions, flare permits, commingle permits, and injection permits with all associated forms.
- Research and assist to resolve all compliance issues.
- Maintain in-house tracking systems with current information.
- Request and review as drilled plats provided by the survey company.
- Distribute filings to teams and departments as needed.
- Assist with review of assets for compliance issues during acquisitions and divestitures.
- Work with service company to obtain, review and file W-15's
- Complete all data collection for completion packets
- Assess and resolve violation notices for assigned area.
Required Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalentMinimum of four (4) years of experience comprehending and interpreting State and Federal rules and regulationsMinimum of four (4) years of experience filing State and Federal DocumentsMust have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various regulatory agenciesMust be able to communicate clearly and influence other departments and discuss issues that may ariseMust be able to apply knowledge and use critical thinking skills to achieve work responsibilitiesMust be able to work independently with little directionJob Duties and Responsibilities :
