ENGINEERING CO-OP / INTERN
Summer 2025 openings will be in the Engineering Department and Power System Operations Department)
1. Minimum Certification Requirements
Must be enrolled in an accredited institution and completed at least one year toward a bachelor's degree.
No experience is required.
2. Examples of Duties and Responsibilities
a. Research and analyze necessary information for various reports and studies.
b. Develop databases, spreadsheets and presentations.
c. Assist in compiling and preparing company data for business analysis, reports, surveys and studies.
d. Assist in creating, revising, reconciling financial accounts and inventory records, or maintaining drawings, mapping systems, and engineering records.
e. Perform routine duties as assigned by department manager.
3. Working Conditions
The working environment of this job includes physical surroundings that are good. There may be occasional exposure to elements such as noise, dust, heat or other undesirable elements. This job demands light physical effort. Occasionally moves or lifts light objects. May walk or stand for prolonged periods. May require prolonged machine operation including keyboard equipment.
4. Special Licensing and Certification
Must have a valid Class D driver's license from state of residence in accordance with state law.

The starting rate of pay :
Completed 1 year of college $27.00
- Completed 2 years of college $28.00
- Completed 3 years of college $29.00
- Completed 4 years of college and enrollment in graduate school $30.00
