Summary of Responsibilities You will design all electrical aspects of facility / building systems (power, lighting, telecommunications, etc.) for buildings such as schools, colleges, medical and healthcare facilities, institutional facilities, office buildings, commercial and retail spaces, foodservice, and hospitality industry, etc.You will be responsible for the management and supervision of electrical technicians to complete projects in a timely, cost-efficient mannerYou will be responsible for feasibility studies, actual design, developing / construction documents, and following projects through construction, start-up and beyondYou must coordinate with other engineers to produce synergistic solutions You may lead client meetings and resolve customer and management issues related to projectsYou will manage technical challenges, and be responsible for business development and project proposals, technical reports, and project budgetsAdditional responsibilities may include managing all aspects of Electrical Engineering (Power, Lighting, IT / Telecomm Systems, Special Systems, etc...) in a projectRequirements You have a Professional Registration (PE) You possess a Bachelor's or above degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural EngineeringYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of Building Power, Lighting & Telecommunications systemsYou are proficient in technical writing
