Position Overview
- The role is split 50/50 between office and field work, offering a balanced mix of project coordination, on-site problem-solving, and technical analysis.
- Primary responsibilities include managing Requests for Information (RFIs) and submitting submittals to the customer, ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
- Design experience is required for the role, as the types of submittals will include technical details, such as system specifications and construction methods, requiring a solid understanding of design principles.
- While this position is not a full Field Engineer (FE) role, the candidate will need to perform a significant amount of fieldwork, interacting with contractors, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring quality control. A solid understanding of both field operations and office management is essential for success.
- The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the wind energy sector and familiar with the nuances of renewable energy project management.
- Experience with renewables is essential: we're specifically looking for candidates who have prior experience working on wind energy projects or similar renewable energy fields.
