Tool Crib Attendant
5am-1 : 30pm
5-7 days / wk
Job Duties
- Receive all Material;verify, unpack, and store incoming material into stock, notify buyer of discrepancies and if packing list were not included in packages.
- Generalized office duties compare purchase order against packing list and file, data entry and maintain reports created.
- Log all received orders on “RECEIVED LOG”and on “PICK UP LOG”.
- Receive in all tool crib stock : create weekly report of shortages to buyer, maintain file of tool crib material and daily basis.
- Must be able to distinguish from a (QFX000), (P000000) and CREDIT CARD orders.
- Document all material leaving our facility and reporting to buyers to replenish our stock.
- Notify all Requestors of their packages.
- Issue supplies to those who come to the window.
- Replenish Stock Issue Lockers with proper PPE and maintain file.
- Prepare periodic inventory and maintain perpetual inventory of materials and supplies.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment;sweeping and crushing of all boxes
- Research parts not on material list using all available resources.
- Scheduling pick up and drop off of material (RMA’s and rework), (emergency request from other facilities)
- Preparing of all Transfer Material (Transfer Truck) to other facilities and maintain file.
- Staging and storing oversized shipments for general and project orders.
