Reliable, good mechanical and electrical aptitude. Previous Welding / Fabrication, and plumbing / Piping experience is preferred.
Must be able to work independently.
Possible long term contract position.
Basic skills / job requirements :
Knowledge, attitude, and application of basic industrial safety (training will also be provided)
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Clean background check and drug screening
Proficiency with written and verbal English, including basic technical terminology (electrical and mechanical)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic office and computer skills; copying / scanning; typing; use of email, Microsoft Office software products, etc.
Good time management and initiative; ability to self-motivate and work independently, but always with engineering support
Ability to follow technical instruction by engineers
Aptitude with basic hand, power, pneumatic, and electrical tools (wire strippers, crimpers, digital multimeter, etc.)
Training will be provided as needed, but the target candidate would already possess as many of these skills as possible
