What are the responsibilities and job description for the A/P Associate - 3 month assignment position at Nesco Resource?
Finance dept associate
- Temporary assignment - Approx 3 months
- Will work with dept head in all aspects of finance dept
- Responsible for A / P cycle from invoice to vendor payment
- Process A / P Transactions into ERP systems
- Initiate check issuance
- Code invoices to proper GL account & cost centers
- Reconciliation of balances with vendors
- High level communication with vendors and internal partners
- Review / Approve employee expenses in company system
- Handle incoming / outgoing daily mail
Minimum requirement of 1-2 years experience in AP transaction processing.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics D365 highly preferred.
