Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking a dependable, professional, and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, reporting directly to our Accounting Manager. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ideal candidate to be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Process invoices, payments, and vendor inquiries
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Enter accounting transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support as required
Requirements:
- ~3 to 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- ~3 to 5 years of experience with QuickBooks, specifically in Accounts Payable
- ~Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
- ~Excellent organizational and communication skills
- ~Previous law firm experience is a plus, but not mandatory
