Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled assembler to join our team in the CPS production area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembles components and prepares sub-assemblies for inclusion into custom procedure trays in various configurations.
- Uses approved Bills of Material to assemble trays in compliance with established designs.
- Follows all approved assembly guidelines as established by training manual.
- Ensures raw materials used during production are in compliance with established material standards.
- Ensures proper handling of materials to minimize amount of scrap loss.
Partnership:
- Develops co-worker relationships to ensure products are produced to standards and expectations for quality, design, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Works with co-workers and department leadership to achieve clinical acceptance and manufacturing quality standards.
- Utilize communication skills to maximize CPS manufacturing quality and production efficiency.
- Works with Assembly Supervisor to develop daily work schedule for CPS production requirements.
Technical Requirements:
- Three months related assembly experience and/or training.
- Able to comprehend simple instructions. Ability to speak, read and write English is desired.
- Must be able to duplicate a process or assembly operation.
