Schedule : 2nd shift, 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 30 AM (overtime required as needed before or after the scheduled hours)
Pay Rate : $17.50 / hour

Job Overview :
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assembly Operators on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will operate various assembly equipment, perform minor setups, and ensure products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate assembly equipment such as arbor presses, bag and seal machines, injection molding machines, dial assembly machines, and punch presses.
- Perform minor setups and make adjustments as necessary.
- Assist in training less-experienced operators.
- Visually inspect parts and submit first pieces to inspectors for verification.
- Record production data accurately, including quantities produced, scrap, and time worked.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and immediate work area.
- Use all applicable safety equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Ensure high standards of quality by applying knowledge of the product line.
