Job Description:
At Nesco Resource, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling components and preparing sub-assemblies for inclusion into custom procedure trays in various configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and prepare sub-assemblies according to approved Bills of Material.
- Use approved assembly guidelines as established by the training manual.
- Evaluate raw materials used during production to ensure compliance with established material standards.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize scrap loss.
- Develop co-worker relationships to ensure products are produced to standards and expectations for quality, design, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with supervisors, team leaders, material planners, and co-workers to help with CPS component selection and standardization in relation to form, fit, and quality of products.
- Communicate proactively with Assembly Supervisor regarding production schedule, line setup, changes in CPT components due to customer requests, changes in production requirements, component availability, utilization, or defects.
Requirements:
- Three months related assembly experience and/or training.
- Able to comprehend simple instructions and speak, read, and write English.
