Job Overview:
As a Inspector Packer, you're responsible for inspecting and packaging plastic products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished plastic products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or color inconsistencies.
- Package plastic products according to specifications, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring proper sealing.
- Label packages accurately with product information and any necessary warning labels.
- Monitor and maintain production line efficiency by identifying and resolving any packaging or production issues.
- Communicate any quality concerns or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in assembly work is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Knowledge of assembly line operations.
- Experience with forklift operation is beneficial.
