Civil Engineer
Our client has an immediate direct hire opening for an Application Engineer with a background in structural or geotechnical Civil Engineering. This opportunity is a forward-facing role requiring positive interactions with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal employees.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Providing technical support for the sales team and partners
- Evaluation of existing conditions including existing structures and geotechnical site conditions and determination of the best design approach for projects.
- Preparation of design submittals for various foundations, and ground improvement systems along with generating Bill of Materials – B.O.M.'s
- Provide training to contractors on the design of foundation systems. Both in person and virtual.
- Create and modify drawings for our products as required.
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees.
