What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation and Benefits Analyst position at Nesco Resource?
As a highly skilled payroll professional, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining payroll guidelines by updating policies and procedures. This individual will also work closely with the HR Director and team on additional HR duties such as assisting with onboarding, benefits, analysis etc.
Our company seeks a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in North Haven. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to other human resource aspects and grow professionally.
This is a temp to perm opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $30. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of payroll experience using ADP, UltiPro, Paycom or other payroll system. Key skills include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of payroll compliance, federal and state labor laws, excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy.
