Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to assist our client's Rochester location!
Pay Rate : $18 / hr
Contract length : 3 months
Location : Henrietta
Shift : Monday - Friday 9am-5 : 30pm
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Partners with team, insurance carriers, or other stakeholders.
- Provides education on products, policies & procedures, or insurance guidelines & state regulations
- Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of products
- Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization
