Customer Service Representative Job Description
This is a full-time position in Oxford, CT, with an hourly rate of $22.00 and opportunities for growth and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, Field Sales Representatives, Quality Control, Logistics, and Product Management departments in a fast-paced work environment.
- Maintain excellent communication and time-management skills to fulfill customer needs.
- Develop a strong understanding of company products, processes, and procedures through intensive training.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the customer service field, preferably 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- General knowledge of how the Customer Service Department works within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office and AS400 and Access software is a plus.
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to follow issues through to completion.
