About the Role

This role will involve designing and developing tooling and progressions for cold heading operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cold heading processes and be able to create accurate designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop tooling and progressions for cold heading operations
• Create and maintain design drawings, bill of materials, technical specifications, and related engineering documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• High level of familiarity with operation of cold heading processes
• Strong understanding of GD&T requirements and standard inspection methods
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
