Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
- Conduct thorough research on case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Manage case files, ensuring efficient document production and organization.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial presentations.
- Attend court proceedings and meetings as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the firm's daily operations.
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law.
- Knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements.
- Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems.
