Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior leadership team of four executives.
- Manage and prioritize schedules, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Handle expense reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and oversee engagement events, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address administrative tasks to streamline operations.
