$15/hour to start with available OT

6am - 4:30pm, M - Th

4 DAY WORK WEEK!

Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in the fabrication process, operating machinery, packaging products and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required, but preferred. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a shear to cut steel according to specifications
• Operate a press brake to bend steel components
• Package final products to prepare for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and debris removal
• Perform light maintenance on fabrication machinery as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
• Basic mechanical skills or experience working with tools is a plus
