What are the responsibilities and job description for the FHA Repairs Coordinator position at Nesco Resource?
FHA Repairs Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating repair services for FHA client properties.
Responsible for dispatching and communicating vendors to properties.
Evaluating bids, monitoring work quality via photographs, and closing out jobs once completed.
Responsible for communicating with clients, brokers, agents, HOA'S and vendors.
Assist with client/customer requests.
Communicate with national vendor to gain property information.
Bid creation, negotiation, and evaluation.
Communicate with insurance carriers and adjustors/ review claims and EOB.
Must have FHA knowledge.
Requirements:
Knowledge of process and terminology in residential construction.
Knowledge of HUD and FHA guidelines.
Experience with RepairBase and XactPRM.
Experience with p260.
Experience with Microsoft Office software's.
