What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Operations Specialist position at Nesco Resource?
Nesco Resource seeks a highly skilled payroll professional to join our team in North Haven. In this role, you will process weekly payroll, resolve discrepancies, and maintain payroll guidelines by updating policies and procedures.
You will also work closely with the HR Director and team on additional HR duties such as assisting with onboarding, benefits, analysis, and other human resource aspects.
This is a temp to perm opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $30. We require 4 years of payroll experience using ADP, UltiPro, Paycom or other payroll system. Key skills include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of payroll compliance, federal and state labor laws
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
