Financial Analyst - Field Finance Operations
Position Summary: Analyst for field finance operations will support field finance by providing timely financial reporting, supporting the operations forecast, and performing analyses designed to improve the profitability of our restaurants.

Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of weekly and monthly operations metrics reporting
- Assist with quarterly Forecasts and the annual budget, working with the broader organization to understand and understand and manage forecast assumptions
- Deliver monthly and weekly variance reports to operations and accounting management
- Assist in analyzing monthly P&L reports, providing insight into business results, performance trends, and areas of improvement.
- Manage analyses and create presentations that enable leadership to clearly communicate business results to field operations
- Support the operations team with ad hoc analyses that improve profitability and/or efficiency.
- Assists with any other ad-hoc analysis as required to support key initiatives and projects
- 1-2 years of finance experience
- BA / BS in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Experience in restaurant accounting preferable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment
