HR Director

Seeking an HR Director to oversee payroll, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting. This role ensures compliance, fosters a strong workplace culture, and aligns HR strategies with business goals. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong presence in the office as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Optimize ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, leave policies, and employment regulations.
• Develop recruitment strategies for a multi-state workforce.
• Partner with leadership to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 8 years of HR leadership in 200 employee companies.
• Strong expertise in payroll, benefits, compliance, and recruiting.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and leave administration.
• Knowledge of employment laws and multi-state workforce regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
