Job Title : Implementation Coordinator
Shift : 8-hour shift, approximately 8 AM - 4 PM CT, Monday to Friday
Number of Positions Available : 3
Travel Requirements : Must be flexible to travel to various facilities (approximately 76% or more travel)
Patient Contact : No patient contact required; must have NURSYS
Position Summary :
The Hospital Case Management Implementation Coordinator (IC) plays a crucial role in ensuring that case management technology is effectively integrated into hospital operations. This position will enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiency by engaging with clinical staff and providing support during the implementation and go-live periods.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a subject matter expert for case management technology, providing support to clinical staff.
- Ensure pre-go-live tasks are completed and coordinate implementation initiatives at the facility.
- Support training and troubleshoot issues pre and post go-live.
- Engage in communication with team members to ensure understanding of needs and expectations.
- Evaluate implementation strategies and recommend modifications as necessary.
- Assist in onboarding new resources during the implementation phase.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
