Primary Duties:
- Set up and operate machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Inspect molded parts regularly to identify any defects or issues.
- Perform tasks such as trimming, cutting, or wiping to prepare parts for packaging.
- Complete secondary operations like drilling, heat staking, spray coating, and pin insertion.
- Package products according to shop packet operations forms.
- Use gauges and charts to record control measurements.
- Recover materials by regrinding runners and parts when necessary.
- Process rejected products by sorting or reworking them.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
