What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Nesco Resource?
A major client of ours is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of four years of expertise in discovery process, cite-checking / shepardizing and E-Filing in federal & state courts
Qualifications
- At least 4 years relevant experience
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Must have experience in general liability OR commercial litigation
- Ability to work with large document intensive cases
- Proficient in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel and ADOBE Acrobat / KOFAX Professional
- Bachelor's degree and / or Paralegal Certificate
Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Poughkeepsie, NY and 2 days remote.
