- Responsibilities include:
- Material Handling:
- Load and unload materials into and from machines, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor material supply levels and replenish as needed to ensure continuous machine operation.
- Handle raw materials and finished products with care to prevent damage.
- Machine Assistance:
- Collaborate with machine operators to facilitate seamless production processes.
- Perform routine machine maintenance tasks, such as clearing jams and cleaning equipment.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machines as required.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and any challenges encountered.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Team player with good communication skills.
