Maintenance Planner

MUST BE CITIZEN

Top 3-5 Must Have skills :

1. SAP

2. Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment

3. Communication skills (verbal and written proficiency with digital documentation)

4. Office 365 proficiency

5. Planning and organization skills (maintenance planning, project planning, event planning or equivalent)

Preferred 100% onsite in Colonial Heights, VA

• Can work with less than 40 hours per week if area of responsibility is maintained

Responsible for the planning of maintenance repair and reliability work using SAP Notifications and Work Order Processes. Oversees all aspects of maintenance planning including material selection, procurement, and purchases. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of work orders. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of work orders via schedule attainment and craftsperson backlog. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit / department.
