**About the Job**
Nesco Resource is seeking a Mechatronics Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling and wiring complex equipment and be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assembling and/or wiring complex equipment following blueprints, models, and model prints.
- Fitting, adjusting, and aligning parts within close tolerances are required.
- Sets up, operates, and maintains basic production machines such as component engravers, presses, crimpers, riveting or encapsulation machines.
- Maintain quality standards in an ISO environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Able to read blueprints and schematics; read and identify proper components and color schemes.
- Excellent workmanship standards and good verbal communication skills.
