Job Summary : Medical Billing Supervisor ( Hybrid Role )
- Act as the bridge between management and staff, ensuring smooth communication.
- Lead daily operations, providing on-the-job training and guidance.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and productivity reports.
- Manage weekly schedules and prioritize team tasks.
- Implement and enforce quality control, including HIPAA compliance.
- Assist in rolling out new systems and monitoring operational performance.
- Ensure accurate billing and timely follow-ups on open accounts.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve them effectively.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and recommend personnel actions.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, medical regulations, and industry trends.
