- Ensure all documentation adheres precisely to current regulations and standards
- Implement and maintain a structured system for document version control
- Regulatory Compliance and Analysis
- Conduct thorough analyses of local, state, and federal EHS regulations
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidelines
- Proactively identify potential compliance gaps and propose solutions
- Risk Assessment and Safety Protocols
- Perform detailed risk assessments for various tasks and equipment
- Develop comprehensive safety protocols based on analytical findings
- Systematically review and update existing safety procedures
- Incident Investigation and Reporting

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
