Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Development and Management
• Systematically create, revise, and organize EHS policies, procedures, and manuals
• Ensure all documentation adheres precisely to current regulations and standards
• Implement and maintain a structured system for document version control
• Regulatory Compliance and Analysis
• Conduct thorough analyses of local, state, and federal EHS regulations
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidelines
• Proactively identify potential compliance gaps and propose solutions
• Risk Assessment and Safety Protocols
• Perform detailed risk assessments for various tasks and equipment
• Develop comprehensive safety protocols based on analytical findings
• Systematically review and update existing safety procedures
• Incident Investigation and Reporting
• Lead methodical investigations into workplace incidents
• Analyze root causes using established analytical frameworks
• Produce clear, fact-based incident reports with actionable recommendations
• Training Material Development
• Design structured, logical training programs on EHS topics
• Create clear, concise training materials that effectively convey complex information
• Regularly review and update training content to ensure ongoing relevance and accuracy
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in EHS documentation or a similar role
• Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing and policy development
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
