What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Nesco Resource?
Title : Painter
Location : Berlin Heights
Shift : 1st (Monday-Thursday 5 am - 3 : 30 pm, with occasional Friday shifts)
Wage : $16.00 to $22.00 / hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Apply coatings (Primer / Topcoat) meticulously to frames, operators, gates, stock parts, and other accessories.
- Cleaning of spraying equipment using appropriate cleaning agents post-application.
- Maintain a consistent supply of paint by promptly filling pressure pots as required.
- Conduct routine changes of booth filters to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with the Paint Prep Technician as needed.
- Perform quality inspections to guarantee the excellence of finished products before leaving the booth.
- Assist with quarterly booth maintenance, aligning activities with production schedules.
- Maintain detailed records of primer, paint, and thinner usage within the department.
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking skills, managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently, all while meeting deadlines.
