Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Assembly Specialist to join our team at Nesco Resource. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and preparing sub-assemblies for inclusion into custom procedure trays in various configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and prepare sub-assemblies according to approved Bills of Material.
- Use approved assembly guidelines as established by the training manual.
- Evaluate raw materials used during production to ensure compliance with established material standards.
- Develop effective working relationships with colleagues to achieve high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with supervisors, team leaders, material planners, and co-workers to select and standardize CPS components based on product requirements.
- Communicate proactively with the Assembly Supervisor regarding production schedule, line setup, and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Three months related assembly experience and/or training.
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and speak, read, and write English.
