Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Conduct regular inspections of molded parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform necessary trimming, cutting, or wiping to prepare parts for packaging.
- Complete secondary operations such as drilling, heat staking, spray coating, and pin insertion.
- Packaging products according to shop packet operations forms.
- Record control measurements using gauges and charts.
- Regrind runners and parts to salvage materials when required.
- Sort or rework rejected products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
