Nesco Resource is seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Workers to join our client's dynamic team, in Montgomery, PA.
As a Production Worker, you will be playing a crucial role in our manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality product.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
- Assemble, package, and label products accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality standards and production schedules.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues that may arise, such as equipment malfunctions or quality deviations.
- Perform routine inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency in production processes.
- Work in a fast paced environment
Requirements :
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Steel toed shoes with skid resistant soles are required
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Forklift Experience (is a plus!)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
Currently hiring for 1st & 3rd shift!
1st shift hours 6am-2 : 30pm
3rd shift hours 10pm-6 : 30am
Starting wage is $17.00-$18.00 per hour
