Bachelor of Science (MS a plus).Professional Engineering License in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain one with 1 year.Ability to speak and write professionallyProficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3DPosition ResponsibilitiesExperienced in stormwater management design, including the use of hydraulic analysis software (Hydraflow, Pondpack, HEC-RAS, etc.)
Experienced in NPDES permitting and Erosion and Sediment Control design in PennsylvaniaResponsible oversight of the preparation of calculations, reports, drawings, and other documents for construction, permit, or bid packagesDevelop proposals, detailed scopes of work and project budgets for small and large projectsDefine municipal zoning and planning requirements as related to conceptual site development plansLead teams of engineers and cadd designers in the development of land development projectsCoordinate with surveyors, geotechnical and structural engineers, and other project professionals as needed in developing the plans and documentsAttend and present at client and governmental meetings as requiredManage standard notes and details used in land development projectsTrack and report on project budgets, schedules and resource requirements.Take responsible charge over the production of land development contact documentsDevelop contract standard and special provisions as needed.Development of new clients and maintenance of existing clientsPro020
