Main Responsibilities:
• Utilize established processes and procedures to initiate research and resolution of each audit issue.
• Assign issues to partner business units and monitor completion of tasks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Operational areas' current processes and procedures.
• Network with Operational areas to stay informed about current processes and procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree and minimum 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is required.
