Primarily responsibilities :
- Determine scopes of work to complete accurate estimates
- Prepare cost estimates utilizing a variety of software and hands on products
- Communicate directly with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners
- Complete client visits to prospective jobsites
- Maintain various estimating, pricing, and product spreadsheets
- Provide estimating schedule weekly
- Complete in-house budgets for awarded jobs
