Pay : $23 - $33 / hour with a $5,000 sign on bonus!!
What you would do on the job :
- Use your mechanical and electrical expertise to repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot elctrical power stations.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of products and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with customers - informing them of any issues, including but not limited to waiting for parts and engineering issues.
- Assist in development of as well as perform specialized service procedures, including field retrofits and software and hardware upgrades to equipment.
- Read and decipher wiring diagrams, P&ID's and other system level documentation and be able to converse both internally and externally on findings and interpretation
- Purchase tools, equipment, and parts for customer service and support as required.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customer personnel hydrogen suppliers regarding aftermarket support of product.
- Provide regular feedback to service specialists regarding product performance and field maintenance issues.
