Responsibilities
- Must have reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at work.
- Candidates must be able to learn and operate industrial smoke houses safely and efficiently.
- Work in both hot and cold environments, adapting to changing temperatures and conditions.
- Unload product at the completion of the cook cycle, ensuring efficient processing and minimizing waste.
- Monitor controls throughout the cook cycle to verify the smokehouse is running properly and making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Conduct process checks throughout the shift to ensure regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.
- Filling out required paperwork documenting process checks accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with colleagues as part of a team, promoting open communication and cooperation.
